Whole Health Project is a medical-navigation and comprehensive evaluation program by Vallarta Vitality Longevity Center in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It helps people who know something is wrong but haven’t received satisfactory answers, starting with a free 15-minute introduction.
People with unexplained or persistent symptoms, post-infectious concerns such as long COVID, complex chronic conditions, symptoms after vaccination, or anyone seeking a second medical opinion. Canadians, Americans, and people already living in Mexico can all begin remotely.
Commonly reported long COVID symptoms include persistent fatigue, worsening after exertion, brain fog, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, sleep problems, joint or muscle pain, headaches, and changes in smell or taste. Symptoms can last for months. Only a qualified clinician can assess what is causing your symptoms.
We offer a comprehensive, physician-led evaluation for people with persistent symptoms after COVID-19 or another infection. We review your history and existing results to look for missing pieces and possible next steps. We do not guarantee a diagnosis or outcome.

Not before evaluation. Testing and treatment options, when appropriate, depend on your medical history and clinical needs. No treatment or outcome is guaranteed; referral to a specialist or continued local care may be the best next step.
Suitability is assessed individually, including age, clinical needs, accessibility, and available services. A parent or guardian can discuss a child’s needs during an introduction. The photos illustrate inclusive care; they do not establish that every age group or condition can be accommodated.
The program is designed to include a written medical summary, an individualized plan, and remote follow-up as appropriate. Confirm the arrangements and coordination with your existing clinicians before committing to care abroad.
